TREASURY WINES INCENTIVE PROGRAM

OVERVIEW OF THE PROMOTION:

Expectation is that all venues will take part in this program.

Redcape venues will run a Treasury Wine Estates feature wine program centralised around 3 key wine selling months: August, November & December.

For each of these months venues will have the choice of 1of 3 wines to promote as their WOM. Wines will be tiered to suit different price points

NOTE: This feature program ties into F14 Barossa Valley Experience Incentive

The competition will run across the whole group between the months August 1st, 2013 to December 31st, 2013.

In order for a venue to be eligible to win this promotion:

  • All venues within Redcape Hotel Group are eligible to win.
  • The Incentive will run from August 1st to December 31st 2013
  • The 3 venues with the greatest total % increase in on premise wine sales for the same period last year (August 1st 2012 to December 31st 2012) will be declared the winners!

There will be a Half Way Prize for the leading venues;

  • A day out at Lindeman’s Winery Hunter Valley – beautiful wines & great food.

Point Of Sales Available

  • Ice Buckets, Blackboards, Aprons, DL Tables Cards (varying sizes)

NOTE: All venues will receive a blackboard

Pre Promotion & Stock Allocation
1 week prior to all promotions the venue will receive initial order along with any promotional POS agreed to.
All venues will receive 1 free case of stock at the start of promotion and then will receive another free case with every 6 purchased throughout the promotion

The End Result: Staff Incentive
At the end of each promotion the top performing 2 staff members will receive an EFTPOS voucher valued at $50.

To be eligible for the program, proposals must be submitted by 15th July, 2013

As part of the program Treasury Wines will provide POS kits based on your selected wines. Below is additional suggested marketing initiatives are outlined below. Not all will be appropriate to your venue, however please suggest as many options as you feel appropriate in you promotion proposal.

  • Nightlife (Artwork will be available in the Media Library under supplier POS for upload).
REQUIRED IN YOUR A&M PROPOSAL:
  • Your confirmed commitment to the program (Please note you must particpate across the 3 months to be eligible for the final prize.
  • Your chosen wines for August & November/December
  • Proposed Marketing Activity (above and beyond POS kit supplied by Treasury Wines
