• The Cash is King Gaming Promotion is a poker machine only promotion.
• Our guests will receive entries when they play the poker machines and receive a win of $20 or more in a single game (spin).
• There are three (3) major cash draws of $1,000 each over three (3) nights.

• When a guest receives a win on any poker machine “win” meter greater than $20 in value they are entitled to one entry. For the avoidance of doubt, $20 is the currency equivalent of the credits won, not the credits won amount.
• A gaming host will then provide an entry ticket to the guest.
• If more than one guest is playing the poker machine when an entry ticket is awarded, only one entry ticket will be provided.
• There is no limit to the number of entries a guest may receive in one day or have in the competition in total.
• It will be the guest’s responsibility to clearly and legibly record their name on the entry ticket provided and place it in the barrel prior to the draw times.

The promotional period starts February 24 2014 and ends March 22 2014.

There will be three (3) draw dates;

• Draw 1: Thursday 20th March 2014
• Draw 2: Friday 21st March 2014
• Draw 3: Saturday 22nd March 2014

• There are three (3) prizes of $1,000 cash.
• One (1) prize to be won on each draw date.

One (1) prize will be drawn on each draw date where the draw process will be the same for each date.

On each draw date between 6pm and 8pm the draw will occur. The draw will follow the following process;

• The draw time start will be selected by the manager on duty.
  
• At the draw start time the barrel will be sealed and will not accept any further entries until the conclusion of the draw on that day.
  
• Names will be drawn one after the other until a valid winner is present.
  
• At the time a name is drawn and announced, the guest whose name has been drawn must be on the premises of the Hotel in order to be a valid winner.
  
• If a guest is present as their name is drawn, they will have 3 minutes to make themselves known to a host in order to be a valid winner.
  
• After each name is drawn with no valid winner, the next name will be drawn at the host’s next immediate opportunity.

At the conclusion of draw dates 1 & 2, all drawn entries will be returned to the barrel and continue to be eligible for the following draws.

The manager on duty will be responsible to ensure the draw is conducted properly and will be the absolute and sole judge in the event of a dispute.

Valid winners will be required to provide identification and sign for acceptance of the prize.

• Only eligible persons may participate in the promotion.
• Only eligible persons may benefit from this promotion.
• The promotion is open to patrons of the Shamrock Hotel only.
• Shamrock Hotel staff & their family are not eligible.
