When requesting the use of a Discgo Charger unit, the customer will need to supply a drivers license (or other recognised ID) and their credit card as a security deposit which will be kept in the dock station corresponding to the Discgo Charger Disc, issued. The customer will need to sign the Discgo Charger disclaimer that details the conditions for use and return of the unit. The disclaimer is available to download through the below link.
Any staff member not following procedure when issuing Discgo Discs will be personally liable for the replacement costs incurred should a unit be lost or stolen.
Staff Engagement: This is key to a successful offer. Staff need to be actively promoting the service when serving or engaging with customers on the floor. A simple ‘Just letting you know we have phone charging facilities available should you require them’ when engaging customers will be a good conversation starter; particularly when they see customers using their phones.

THE APP:
The Discgo Charger application enables smart phone users to locate venues in their local area that offer the Discgo Charger facility. The app also allows venues to target offers to application users that encourage customers to your venue to charge their phone and take up the promotional offer, thereby increasing patronage and spend per head.
All staff and management are encouraged to download the free app to familiarise themselves with the offers, local competitors offering the facility and how to use the facility.
Staff engagement should also point customers toward the app when utilising the facility in house.

THE COST:
The Discgo Charger is a hired service and costs $25/week for the hire of one unit as outlined above.
The replacement of damaged or lost/stolen units will be at a cost of $150 per disc and the responsibility of the venue.
