A Facebook ‘OFFER’ allows you to share discounts/vouchers with customers by posting an offer on your Facebook Page. When someone claims an offer, they'll receive an email that they can show at the Page's physical location to get the discount.

- Customers purchase any 2 main meals and receive the second meal of equal or lesser value for free.
- It can be available for either lunch and dinner or both
- The Offers need to be promoted on FB via a promoted post (paid), this is done in the ads sections, which allows you to choose the audience you want to target.
- You can limit the quantity of offers that can be claimed
- You can select when the offer starts and ends
- You have the option of creating a barcode that can be scanned (this will allow you to keep track of how many offers where claimed at our venue
- You can select how many times people are allowed to claim the offer
COST TO A&M: The costs associated with this promo are paid Facebook Ad campaign, which are approximately $60 - $100 (for two – three weeks). The costs associated with the promotions will be allocated to food promo.

- You can select how many times people are allowed to claim the offer

DETAILS: The objective of this promotion is increase the attendance to an event and to estimate the number of people attending

- ID must be shown to receive free drink
- You may consider limiting it to a certain time frame (beginning of the event)

Suggested marketing initiatives are outlined below. Not all will be appropriate to your venue, however please suggest as many options as you feel appropriate in you promotion proposal

| REQUIRED IN YOUR A&M PROPOSAL: |
- Terms and conditions of the offer such as: starting and ending date.
- Who the offer is available too (Males? Females? Age? Suburbs to target with paid advertising?)
- How much you would like to spend via Facebook’s paid ad campaigns (you can discuss this with Venue Support)
- How you plan to keep a tally of the vouchers claimed (if you are not scanning a barcode)
- How the promo will be put through the till system

USEFUL TIPS:
- Pin the Offer post to the top of the page
- If you choose to use a barcode to scan the offer, make sure you trial it first
- Manager on the day to include how many vouchers were claimed in the daily shift report
- You may have other ideas for Offers you want to promote on Facebook that may work very well for your target market.
- You are not allowed to include more than 20% text on images you are going to promote to targeted audience on Facebook (paid advertising)
