The Wi Fi system available to Redcape Hotel Group venues will require your customers to enter their name & email address to access the Wi Fi, which provides a simple data capture opportunity for your venue. |

THE PROMOTION:
DETAILS: Free Wi Fi will be set up for customer use within your venue. Customers can access the Wi Fi through their phones & other devices by entering their name & email address into the system.

STAFF ENGAGMENT: This is key to ensure that patrons are aware of the service. Staff are required to be actively promoting the service to customers on the floor. If they identify any customers on phones or other devices, they should be informing them of the service directly.
BENEFITS OF PROVIDING THE SERVICE:
- Offering an additional service will improve the overall customer experience & could encourage customers to stay in your venue longer.
- For customers to successfully log in to the Free service, they must enter their name & email details which be an effective way to capture your customers’ data.
COST TO A&M: Set up costs of approximately $1650 and between $120 - $180 per month for data charges. |

- Venues will be allocated this service, however you will be required to submit a proposal with your proposed marketing initiatives, staff engagement commitment & POS requirements.

- Ensure that POS describing this service is in a prominent position, including on the logo featured on your website, decals on front doors, and POS in venue.
- Staff should be informing customers of the service, especially those that they see on phones & other devices.
