As per normal bistro layout with promo special displayed prominently as the point of order and entry to the bistro area
Customers place their Monster Ribs order at the bar as normal and pay the allocated $20.
They will then receive a receipt stamped with the ‘Monster Ribs’ stamp which will entitle them to one complimentary local tap beer schooner at the bar.
The receipt will need to be taken by bar staff and placed into the till after the complimentary drink is rung through on the promo drink account.
The total receipts at the end of the night should total the promo drink account value
Customers will be issued with a Lucky’s bib once they have placed their order
Please serve customers ribs with a finger cleansing bowl with water and lemon.
