This is a fun alternative to what can be describe as similar to a pool comp setup. Ping Pong is a fun and lively game which will bring that energetic atmosphere to your venue.
Grand Slam Challenge: Name on the Hall of fame board behind the bar + $100 Hotel Voucher; 2nd Prize Case of Vodka Cruiser + promo pack
Suggested marketing initiatives are outlined below. Not all will be appropriate to your venue, however please suggest as many options as you feel appropriate in you promotion proposal.

Try to limit entries to 20 to keep a manageable timeframe to the weekly challenge
This is a good promotion to involve your sporting sponsors and staff
Keep the prizes as fresh as possible
Create as much theatre in the bar as possible - prominently display the Hall of Fame board and announce the challenge and winners over the PA between every round
Have a local, well connected host to run your comp to ensure a lively atmosphere. This host should also be able to promote the competition through the work, sporting and friend networks to increase the number of players weekly. The $2 entry fee acts as payment incentive to increasing player numbers
Use the opportunity of the host chatting to players to promote at least one other hotel promotion per week.
Use Grand slam event as a database building exercise by taking down all winners details to communicate the Grand slam event with players
Example
POS = $35 (1 x A1, 1 x A3, 2 x A4)
Hall of Fame Board = $150 (please speak to Venue Support for orders and specifications)
