The Pizza and Beer deal offers a quick and easy yet tasty meal offer for patrons. This promotion is ideal for encouraging groups of friends to your hotel and works well when used in conjunction with a sporting event, trivia or any activity which encourages group participation.
Dates & days: Weekday Evening
Times: During Dinner Trade
  • POS including a counter top A4 display showcasing the promotion
  • Pizza Menu
  • As per normal bistro layout with promo special displayed prominently as the point of order and entry to the bistro area
  • Offer a choice of pizza from your current pizza menu plus a drink for a discounted rate. For example;
    Choose from Spanish, Margarita or Vegetarian Pizza plus your choice of local beer or house wine for just $7.
  • Customers will place their special order at the bistro counter as normal. The pizza will be rung up at normal price with the drink. The patron will pay the discounted rate (e.g $7) and the remaining amount will be added to the promo food account tab.
  • Example:
    Patron orders a Margarita which is normally priced at $10 plus a local beer which is normally priced at $5.80.
    Total order: $15.80
    Patron Pays: $7
  • $8.80 will be allocated to the promo food tab

  • Ensure staff are up selling the promotion with all bistro orders during the day
  • Notify local sporting clubs
  • Prominently display POS
  • Advertise to appropriate local business - i.e movie cinemas as a pizza and a beer offers the perfect pre or post movie meal.
  • Ensure you are actively promoting this during other hotel promotions. If you host a Trivia night or similar, this is an ideal promotion and should be promoted by the host on the night.
